I have my MFT degree
As a MFT, I now have the ability to offer specific types of therapy depending upon my client needs. As a marriage and family therapist I am a therapist of systems. So whether my client is a family, couple or individual I can offer you a specially designed therapy to work with all parts of your problem. I do this work because we humans are complicated beings and no one lives in a vacuum. This means that the unit of treatment isn't just one person even if only a single person is being interviewed.
The work I do is brief, solution-focused, specific with attainable goals and designed with the end in mind.

My specialties include craniosacral therapy, myofascial release as well as Reiki and some other forms of "energy medicine," that can help to heal your pain whether it is chronic or recently acquired from a trauma such as a fender-bender or a fall.

You are welcome to see me for whatever therapy style suits your purpose. Sometimes talk therapy is an easier segue into healing. Sometimes bodywork is something you might prefer. Regardless of which way I work, you may be assured that it will be done in a way that is respectful, accepting, encouraging and validating. And as we work together, I will work to earn your trust and when necessary , I will help you understand if/when another way of looking at your problem could be useful.
